Every July 20th, I think about my brother.

This year Jordan would have turned 36.

People sometimes ask if grief gets easier. I don't know that it does. It changes. Some days it catches me by surprise. Other days it's as simple as watching my own kids play and wondering what kind of uncle Jordan would have been.

I still wonder what kind of father he would have become.

Those thoughts never really leave.

Yesupadam was born into India's lowest caste, known as Dalit  ("Untouchable”), and grew up in abject poverty, in a one-room hut with a dirt floor (seen below). He often went days without food, and recalls the heartbreaking memory of his loving mother who would lift his shirt and kiss his empty stomach in lieu of a meal.

This is a milestone moment — our 400th water pump has just been installed in Pakistan! That is more than just a number. 400 water pumps now flow in some of the most remote and unreached places in Pakistan. With each one, families receive clean water and hearts are opened to the gospel.
